I want to learn how to play the piano/keyboard, can you help?

i really want to learn how to play the piano, but i don’t think we can get one so i’m thinking about trying the key board. Is it almost the same thing?
I found two that i think i could get, a Casio CTK2100 61 key personal keyboard with 48-note polyphony and a Yamaha YPT220 61 key personal keyboard with 32 notes of polyphony. Which one is better?
i am only 14 and have no clue about any of this so if you could help that would be great

It all depends on your style but I have a Yamaha and I LOVE it!!!!!!!!!! They are really nice and last a good length of time. I use it all the time… And Yamaha keyboards are really nice cause you can easily bring them somewhere.
